Grilled Whole Red Snapper, filleted and presented on an Italian Bean Ragout

with Grilled Calamari and Yellow Zucchini

Avignonesi 1990 Vino Nobile di Multepulciano Red

 

Grilled Fillet of Beef tenderloin stuffed with an Italian Buttered Bread Crumb,

Herb and Parsley, Wrapped in Smoked Pancetta. Accompanied with a Chianti Sauce

with Rosti Herbed Potatoes, Sauté of Haricot Vert

and Grape Tomatoes with Basil, Olive Oil and Garlic

Mixed Organic and Arugula with shards of Pecorino Cheese

and Pickled Red Onion with a Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette

 

Layers of thin Hazelnut Meringues filled with a rich Chocolate Ganache and warm

Hazelnut Espresso Chocolate Drizzle. Presented with Fresh Summer Berries.

Accompanied with Coffee, Tea, Espresso and Cappuccino

Biscotti to follow with a wonderful Aged Stilton on the table soaked in an
